Bill has spent the last 25 years in the fence business. He has been involved in the fence construction business, fence retail sales, and fence wholesale sales. He has had many years experience as National Sales Manager for both an electric fence company and a wire fence company prior to establishing Stay-Tuff.
He was among the first to bring fixed-knot fencing to the U.S. in 1988. He has been instrumental in developing the product design, installation techniques, and accessories that complement this product. He can help you with any part of your fencing needs or any part of developing your fence building plans.
Randy is Sales Manager for the company. While new to the “fixed-knot” fence industry, Randy has many years of sales experience in the agricultural field. He served as National Sales Manager for a large agricultural equipment manufacturer for over 12 years and has retail experience as well.
Randy joined the Stay-Tuff team because he saw the potential for this product. It was the opportunity for tremendous sales growth combined with the superior Stay-Tuff product and team that attracted Randy to the company.
Lewis is now the East Coast Regional Sales manager. He has been in the Agricultural business for over thirty five years.He has worked with some of the most respected individuals from around the world in the fencing industry. He was with an International Fencing Company for twenty eight years and was instrumental in developing and growing their business. He continues to conduct seminars and clinics for Stay Tuff Fencing and believes that the product is the most significant new development to come along in the fencing industry in a while. The Stay Tuff product line is by far the best that I have seen and I am proud to be associated with the Company.
Howard is our Distributor Sales Manager. He is responsible for sales outside of Texas and the surrounding four state area.
He has nine years experience in fixed-knot wire fence sales, installation, and distribution. Before that he spent 21 years with a distributor where he worked his way up to become sales manager. Howard can help you with product information, sales techniques and installation.
Billy is our Territory Manager for South Texas. He has 16 years experience in fixed-knot sales, installation and distribution and has been involved at both the retail and wholesale levels with this product. Before he became involved in sales, he was in the fence contracting business for 8 years, specializing in agricultural fences. Billy will be glad to help you with any of your high-tensile wire fencing needs.
Harold is our Territory Manager for West Texas. He has four year's direct experience in fixed-knot sales, installation and distribution and seven years experience with agricultural fencing products. Prior to this, Harold managed a feed store for seven years.

Donald is our shipping manager. Prior to joining Stay-Tuff, Donald was in customer service and distribution for one of the largest farm and ranch supply stores in Texas. His seven years with this company gave him excellent geographic knowledge of Texas and the surrounding states. Donald knows the best shipping routes to efficiently move products to our customers. His total focus is on customer service and "on-time" delivery to your premises.

Denise joined Stay-Tuff in 2007 as the Oklahoma and Western Arkansas territory manager. Growing up on a beef cattle seedstock operation in south Texas, she understands what it takes to maintain a productive operation. Denise has earned two degrees from Texas A&M at Kingsville in Agribusiness and Ag education. Denise worked along side producers as sales representative for a major agricultural pharmaceutical company prior to coming on board with Stay-Tuff. Being a member of several state and national associations; such as the Oklahoma Cattlewomen's Assoc., National Cutting Horse Assoc., and American Simmental Assoc. affords her an opportunity to get many prospectives on successful ranches and the needs of top producers.
